Upon request, we can arrange for you to send me your shoes at your own expense, and I will then paint them according to your wishes.

For example, motorcycle boots should be tried on beforehand to ensure they fit and protect you properly.

The prerequisite is that the shoe model meets the requirements of the painting (which will be discussed beforehand) and that the shoes are unworn.

Please understand that I don't paint worn shoes. Otherwise, I will order the desired shoe model new, as is usually the case. Personalization adheres better to new shoes because the surface is smooth and free of dirt.

There are many reasons, but one of the most important is uniqueness! By having your shoes individually painted, you'll be wearing a one-of-a-kind pair made to your specifications, something no one else in the world has! You can let your creativity run wild and express your personality.

Each pair of shoes takes a different amount of time depending on the design; the more detailed the design, the longer it can take. Painting the shoes can take anywhere from 4 hours to 14 days, depending on the requirements.

The service and delivery of goods are only contractually guaranteed after payment has been received.

Prepayment is generally required as a payment condition, since each shoe ordered is made based on your desired shoe model.

All products are hand-painted by me. I use special leather paints and specific techniques to ensure that the color stays on the shoes.

The paint is water- and crack-resistant. A professional top coat is also applied so you can wear the shoes in the rain. However, the shoes should not be scratched.

The paint is waterproof, but the shoes themselves depend on the brand (e.g., some sneakers get wet and soak your feet if you swim in them).

Please clean the shoes with water only. Avoid rubbing or brushing the painted areas vigorously, as this can scratch the design.

Please do not wash in the washing machine or use chemicals or alcohol for cleaning.

The processing time is 6-8 weeks. Delivery time may vary depending on the complexity of the design and the number of current orders.

The delivery time consists of several steps: ordering the shoes in your size, the painting and finishing, and shipping via DHL. You will always receive a shipping notification.

Please always check the shipping information you receive by email. You will also receive a tracking number which you can use to track your package via DHL.

I am not responsible for delays caused by the shipping provider.

The design will be discussed in detail beforehand. Depending on your request, you may also receive a mockup – a design I've created so you can better visualize the finished shoe. I will only begin painting after you've given your approval.

Once the artistic execution of the previously discussed design onto the desired shoe begins, subsequent changes are no longer possible. This phase begins after order confirmation and receipt of payment.

Exceptions are only possible as a courtesy and by prior arrangement. The decision as to whether a subsequent change can be implemented rests solely with GLADNA-ART. Depending on the scope, a change may involve additional effort, delays, and additional charges. Furthermore, completion of the delivery within the stated timeframe of 6-8 weeks can no longer be guaranteed.

Please note: Repeated re-treatment (e.g., using acetone) can damage the shoe material and prevent the paint from adhering properly. To achieve optimal results, it is therefore important to communicate any desired changes during the ordering process.
