Here's how to properly care for your shoes:

  • Gentle cleaning : Use a soft brush and a chemical-free cleaner to gently clean the upper.
  • Protect the design : Do not rub or brush too hard over the painted areas to avoid scratching the design.
  • Washing machines are taboo : The design is waterproof, but please only use it sparingly – never put it in the washing machine!

Shipping, returns, size

  • Shipping time: Each shoe is lovingly hand-painted and made especially for you. Please allow 6-8 weeks for processing.
  • No returns accepted: Your shoes are as unique as you are. Each pair is individually crafted with the utmost care, just for you. Therefore, I unfortunately cannot offer returns. I hope you will appreciate this very personal work of art as much as I do.
  • Size note: The shoes are true to size . If you are unsure, choose the size you normally wear in sneakers.
